Snelle's chart

The Snellen’s Chart is the world’s most widely used visual acuity testing chart, designed to assess distance vision in clinics, hospitals, schools, and optometry practices. It features rows of progressively smaller letters (optotypes) used to measure how clearly a patient can see at a standard distance—typically 6 meters or 20 feet.
